Was it just me or did the emperor's voice sound vaguely familiar to Peter's voice on Family Guy? Or some guy on Futurama?

Yeah I thought it was closer to Brian's voice on Family Guy and I would not be shocked if it were any of the above. That was really funny though, especially the part where he said he was not even going to eat that sandwich.
