Professor Ulrich is a smart man - he knows his theology, and he has lectures about complex inter-religion relationships prefabricated in his head. He used the word “pantheon” the other day (this past Monday), and I realized that I simply must document it as a great word.
eBay … cheaper - Genius: since people misspell things on eBay and those items attract fewer bidders, this system guesses those misspellings, therefore getting you a better deal on overlooked auctions.
We are approaching the beginning of another school year, and to all of you out there, I would like to impress something upon all the students out there: get your “to” right. Seriously.
If there is one aspect of the English language you can master (beyond spelling and basic grammar) please please get the difference between ‘to’ and ‘too.’ Take the correct usage in a recent email from St. Thomas public safety:
