Now this is an awesome picture. At first, I thought it was ashes from a fire, but then I read the subtitle. Amazing.

Nils

That is kinda cool. I give it two thumbs up. Ok, ok, I give it four thumbs up.

Markoe

It looks like somebody got angry and flung a can of cashews into the air. Very cool picture.

I give it nine thumbs up!

I, like John, first thought that I was looking at cinders and was impressed. When I actually looked at the title of the picture and realized those were leaves I immediately put this picture in my top 10 favorites of tumbledry (and the other pictures had me in them so you can see just how much I enjoy this photo). This is also a special day for me because this post puts me at 400, a new milestone in my life that I look forward to celebrating with anyone who cares. Thank you.

Nils

I am working towards 500 comments myself and I think I will cry 500 tears when I finally get there. It will be the most important moment of my life.

I clearly never should have taken that half a year off from tumbledry. That chapter in my life will be to my everlasting shame.

Thanks for the support, everyone! I really loved the concept of this picture when I took it — it’s a technique I’ll have to keep in mind for the future.
