It is my feeling that the two scenarios are not mutually exclusive and that "Snoop Dog" is in fact a group of "strung out black men" who take turns singing/writing rap songs smoking the wacky weed, sippin on gin and juice and gettin hoes in different area codes.
Surely it has crossed your minds that no one man could do all these things.
