I managed to chase down these hot air balloons: one flew right over my head, only about 300 feet above the ground.
This is the last time I took a picture of a sunset from my room in Cretin 500.
I’ll miss being able to take these sunset shots next year.
40 hours a week in the summer, 2-3 classes and labs during the school year, this science building is nearly my home.
My ceiling is Cretin’s roof, so the 45 degree angled windows collect a lot of ice and snow. Sometimes, a peak of sunlight comes through.
At one moment in time very close to the sun setting, all the birds in the trees leave their perches to spend the evening somewhere more sheltered - it’s a beautiful sight.
