It seems I can spell “Massachusetts” but not “New York.” I officially got 49 out of 50.
I named them all… but I owe it all to the song “Fifty Nifty.”
I will never be able to rid myself of this knowledge: All fifty states in alphabetical order.
Shayla, Could we set up a private lesson in which said song is taught to myself and then Mr. Micek? I think we need all the help we can get. I want to master this game.
The spelling can be tricky - I screwed up one really obvious state for a while. Also… we remembered Alaska and Hawaii in the final 15 seconds. Eek, help is needed.
